குயில் போன்ற பேச்சுக்களை உடையவளாகிய இவள் குயிலின் சோக கீதத்தால் செய்வது அறியாமல் நின்று வேதனையுற்று அலைவதாலும், கொலையே புரியவல்ல இன்ப நீலோத்பல மலராகிய (மன்மதனது ஐந்தாவது) பாணத்தாலும், குளிர்ந்துள்ள, வெண்ணிறமான சிறந்த நிலாவின் ஒளிக் கொடி போன்ற இவளுடைய மார்பின் மீதுள்ள முத்து மாலை (பொரிபடுமாறு வீசும்) நெருப்பாலும், புயல் காற்று வந்து வீசும் அந்தக் கடல் விடாது நின்று செய்யும் பேரொலியாலும், கூடி நின்ற பெண்கள் தூற்றுகின்ற வசை மொழியாலும், உனது புயத்தைக் கூட (விரும்பி) மிகவும் தளர்கின்ற, தனிமையில் இருக்கும் (இவளுக்கு) உன் தோள் வந்து அணைப்பதற்குக் கிட்டாதோ? கிரெளஞ்ச மலை அழிய, மற்ற ஏழு கிரிகளும் உடைபட்டு அழிய, யமன் நின்று (அங்குமிங்கும்) அலையும்படி சண்டை செய்த வீரனே, (கேட்டதை அளிக்கும்) கற்பக மரங்கள் உள்ள விண்ணுலகத்தில் வளர்ந்த தேவயானை, வள்ளிமலைக் காட்டிலே வளர்ந்த குறப் பெண்ணாகிய வள்ளி (ஆகிய இருவரின்) சிறந்த மார்பகங்கள் பொருந்தும் அழகிய மார்பை உடையவனே, ஆகாயத்தில் பொருந்தும் நிலவானது குளிர்ந்த சோலைகளின் உயர்ந்த மரங்களுக்குக் கீழாக விளங்கும் திருத்தணியில் வாழ்கின்ற செல்வமே, சிவபெருமான் வணங்க அன்று அருளுடன் (பிரணவப் பொருளை) போதித்தவனும், செங்கழுநீர்ப் பூ தினமும் மலரும் தணிகை மலையில் வீற்றிருப்பவனுமான பெருமாளே.
