If Surya occupies a movable Rasi in Rasi and in Navamsh Kundali, the father of the child was away (at time of birth). Should Surya give a Drishti to Lagn, it is not so. If Candr is in a similar state, the father should be declated to have been away at the time of birth of the child.

If Guru occupies his debilitation Rasi, while Candr is in a Rasi Sandhi, or Amsh Sandhi and other benefics join malefics, the child born will be dumb and dull witted.
